"A male is an individual with at least one X chromosome and at least one Y chromosome, and a female is an individual with at least one X chromosome and no Y chromosomes," the bill reads. "If an individual's gender established at the individual’s birth is not the same and the individual's gender established by the individual's chromosomes, the individual’s gender established by the individual's chromosomes controls under this section."

They file thousands of these bills... 99% of them never make further than the paper they were written on. Thankfully.
Don't worry about what other people think, because they don't.

Re: Oh those Texas politicians
So now the business owner has to have all the customers tested before they can use the restroom, what a joke, but that's Texas for you. I doubt that bill will pass and I doubt it would be enforceable.
Of course Kansas is just as bad if not worse than Texas. The Governor of Kansas just reversed the former Governors executive action so now the GLTG community is not longer protected from discrimination in hiring and if the were hired they can now be let go. Of course since Kansas is broke thanks to him the state employees are probably all going to be on the bread line anyway.
