From what I've read in earlier posts, the rule is that the last letter of the given word becomes the first letter of your word. Am I mistaken?

Looking back, the rules were changed so that you use the first and last letters in the new word. The letters can be anywhere in the word.
Testy could become yeast or trolly or lately.

It is nice to see some of the old games brought up.
