day to day over the shoulder definitely for practicality however there is nothing more elegant than a clutch for evening wear.

Nude pumps i you are going any place a little bit fancy.
Dressy sandals would be fine for anything casual.
Is it trending for deeper colored lipsticks or more neutral/natural, frosted types?

Hanna, I just read something that I had never thought about before. If your dress/outfit is an special one, with an attention drawing color, I read that many makeup artists suggest to go for a muted/pale/almost natural lip color, and focus on the eyes instead.
So, allowing your pet to kiss you/lick you near the lips... Yes or no or hell no??

Hell no. I always think of where their lips and tongue may have been.
Back to the lipstick. I went to a , a cosmetologist for assistance: she said kind of the same. "The eyes are what people notice first.
Toe nails- same color as fingernails?
