I'm thankful that, although I woke up about 45 minutes late, I was able to make it to work more or less on time.

Hi,

I'm thankful it's Friday. I'm also thankful I haven't stopped working out and that I've lost a weight. I can fit into a size 12 for the first time (size 10 here I come)

Ok.. I'm thankful for a lot more, but I think I'll stop at three things.

The office was too hot and the work too hectic yesterday for me to be thankful that it was Friday. And I was too tired in the evening to boot. But I'm rested, out of the office, relaxed, attending to my own interests, etc., today. Thank God it's Saturday.

1. I am thankful for being Alive another Day

2. Thankful that the 1678 miles I turned this week were without accident

3. Thankful for my wife and granddaughter plus my kids also.
