I'm thankful I was able to sleep through the night again after about a month and a half of being woken up by pain in my mouth from oral surgery I had at the end of August.
Last night was the first night I made it through without having to get up and take advil, motrin or extra strength tylenol.
the dark autumnal colors under a sky of spreading grey clouds and all the sea gulls gawking as I walked around the oval track for exercise today listening to Muddy Waters.

My gorgeous baby. I never knew how great dogs are! He's my first and I cannot believe how much I love him
Sorry folks but I will probably not be able to stop myself posting pics of the little love, over the next few months! This one is already out of date, being taken a couple of weeks ago.
Oh yeah...he's doing his business outside now...yay!
love,

Today I'm thankful that I finally got up enough courage to go out and purchase cosmetics in a mall. I even had the foundation and power applied to my face in the store. I'm thankful because I'm starting to accept me and I'm actually proud of me for a change.
