I'm thankful for being able to get back to working out after not being able to for a week. It felt like forever, but I've been at it again for 3 days. I had almost made 3 months of not stopping. It felt like I wasn't going to start again for a while there, but thank goodness I did.

I'm thankful that the 90+ degree temps & nasty humidity to which the entire Northeast has fallen victim for the past few weeks, has FINALLY broken. :? =D> @@9@@

I am thankful for this forum, it has saved me in so many ways. It made me want to find the why in me for this part of me. I avoided finding out for many years because of what I might find out.

Well I know why now, and I am thankful to know. A heavy weight is off my chest and that is due to this forum and Beauty's Forum and the people on both. Gelinda

I'm thankful that my wife recovered her wallet totally intact.

Yesterday, I drove her and a friend to a nature preserve to meet some other fairly far away friends, and we walked a trail, had lunch, then looked through exhibits in the visitors center building. We had the place almost totally to ourselves. We used the restrooms just before we left at the building closing time.

Later, after she got home, she missed her wallet, and we couldn't find it. We phoned a little while before they opened today, and they found it in the rest room. Nothing was taken and it was totally undisturbed (her drivers license showed through so it could be identified easily by the staff member). It was a 90 minute drive each way, but could have been a LOT worse. We gave a donation to the preserve.

I'm thankful for the whole concept of TOMORROW.

No matter how bad anyone's "today" may seem, "tomorrow" is inevitable. ((G))

I'm thankful my recent bout with the flu seems to have reduced my appetite. It's nice not to be such a remorseless eating machine for a change. I hope it lasts. :)
