Hmmm . . . no activity in this topic for over 8.5 years? I'm going to change that now! 
Pet Peeve: Anyone who asks 'how to' or 'how do I' or 'why can't I' questions and then they either do not follow - or they refuse to follow - the instructions given them
. . .
. . . and then they wonder why I get 'testy' with them.
I think I need to send some more lead down range - hitting my targets at 200, 400, and 600 yards yesterday was not nearly enough.

Drivers in the fast (passing) lane of the 65 mph HOV lanes doing 55 mph or keeping pace with the other slow driver in the slow lane.

One of mine is when I am out dressed and someone makes it very obvious that don't approve of my hobby and insist on referring to me as "Sir" in a derogatory tone.

So many here and all of them good ones IMHO.
One of my biggest pet peeves is women's clothing sizing. I don't know about the rest of you but I tell everyone I am a size 14 but I have 12's, 14'a and even a few 16's in my closet and they all fit me well. Can't the manufacturers just get together on a true standard size?

I have to agree with Trudy on the women's clothing sizes and I know my wife would too and they keep changing them too.
My biggest pet peeve is when I go to collect money from a customer and they tell me they can't pay me because of things like well all my insurance is due and I don't have the money, i have to pay taxes and don't have the money and other excuses. Now I just say right back at them, you know I have all those same bills myself plus the ones I warcked up working for you.
