Can't Get In Chat Room - Answered

I have not been able to get into the Chat room yesterday and today. I see other ladies in it.

This lady needs some help.

I was in Chat multiple times without problems, and there are no problems with our system or the software itself.

The problem seems to be on your end. You have had this same problem in the past; have you kept your Adobe Flash software updated on a regular basis?

Thank you. Probably did not update my adobe flash player. Will do today.

I updated Adobe Flashplayer and still nothing happens.

Is this correct?

Where do I go on net to get the correct update?

I am unfamiliar with this.

Saying that you cannot get into chat without telling me or anyone else here what is happening does not help us when we want to help you. Exactly what kind of error message are you receiving when you are trying to log in to chat? Provide me with a screen shot image - send it to me via PM.


Also, what browser are you using ... IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc?

Have you tried clearing your cookies and temporary internet files?

Have you tried clearing your browser history?


If you have done any - or all - of these things, are you still receiving the same error message? Or is it a different error message?

Just updated my Flash.

Am now able to get into char room and chat with the ladies.

So happy! Oh my!
