1.5 by 3 inch flashing box - Resolved

Post by Claire D »

Hi, can you tell me why there is a 1.5 by 3 inch black flashing box at the top of the screen? This only happens when I am in the discussion area of the forum. This has been going on for about a week now.

Hi Claire,

I have no idea why this is happening to you. :( Do you have any new private messages?

Is it in the upper left corner where there is supposed to be an Angel and a "Welcome to the Crossdressers-Forum . . . image? Note that the image is in GIF format if you can't see it.

Are you using Windows?

If so go to "Tools" on the menu bar, click "Internet Options . . ."

Then click on the "Advanced" tab.

Under advanced, Scroll down to "Multimedia" and see if the "Play animations in web pages" is selected.

Thanks Beauty and Donna for all of your help. Donna I check the areas that you sugested and all my settings were correct. The way I finaly fixed the problem was that instead of going to my favorites and clicking on the link. I instead deleted that link. then just logged in through the normal way of searching. The flashing box did dissapeared and all is normal now. Again thanks to the both of you for all your help.

ugs and Kisses, Claire
