I'm surprised the cops were brave (or dumb) enough to arrest him. They had to know they were being set up.

Yes in N.J. However, what about the rest of good old USA.
I wish it could be reprieved across the country, First, Than
across everyone's mind, so it would be social OK for a
man to wear a dress.

The reason I made the OP, Rader, was because I found it surprising that there were still some places with such a silly law.
