My new name is Debbie Jean. My old one which I used since joining here a little over a year ago was simply "Deb".
A little history behind the name switch: My femme name has always been Debbie Jean from day one. When I joined here a little over a year ago, I submitted "Debbie" or some derivative thereof as my user name. That name was already taken, so I was assigned "Deb". You may still call me "Deb" if you wish. I won't mind, because technically that is still my name, albeit a "nick-name".

Yes, Deb by those who know you Debbie to those who are a little more proper or who do not know you so well. Names take on casual variations...
