Prints

Post by Anne »

If you like print fabrics, mainly skirts & dresses, what are some of your favorite prints?

Fashion-wise, we have our opinions on style and cut. With solid fabrics, it ends at color. With prints, it adds another decision on whether you like the print or not.

Yes prints do add a variety of choices to our wardrobe. It also make it a bit more feminine appearing. Out of the two you have posted there I like the black and white print dress and could see myself in one like that.

Hugs,

Erica

I too like prints

They look so feminine to me, I am glad to see them back in fashion.

I have two dresses like the black and while one in that style, the print is just a little different but all and all almost the same.

One is B/W the other is red and white, I just love them

Oh golly, this girl loves prints. Not only do I have my outer wear in prints, but so are my bras and panties when given the chance. I have prints for all seasons. So now I'm into my brights for summer.

Print dresses can be so adorable. My favorite dress is a dust rose print, in rayon. One of my favorite skirts is a pink print on linen. I love this time of year!

I like prints, as Susan says they are so feminine, I am howver, a little nervous of colour and seem to have ended up with a few black and white print dresses and skirts.

Paula

Do not be afraid of colour. Half the fun of dressing to go out is to mix and match colours. My favourite colour is turquoise which is not a quiet colour but I am not trying to hide and I have had some compliments passed to me when I am out and about which is always nice.

Enjoy.

I am very fond of lilacs and mauve, I did have a lilac print sheath dress that I liked very much, it was one of the two outfits I was considering for my V & A trip, I made the mistake of leaving it in my wardrobe in preparation, when I looked for it the next day it was gone! nothing said just disappeared.
I now know that nothing can be left.
