As you are aware, members are only permitted one (1) account, and all registrations must have a valid email address; temporary or disposable email addresses are not permitted. If you wish to change your user name or email address, please see those topics for instructions.
This forum is for individual members only. We do not, nor will we ever, accept commercial sites, venues, etc. as members of this forum.
If anyone is found to have joined this forum and is actually doing so to promote their group, business, blog, commercial site and the like, they will be immediately deleted and permanently banned. 
Effective January 1, 2018, new members who do not log-in to the forum within 30 days of their account being activated by the Site Administrator will be automatically deleted from membership, but they may always re-register. Please note there is no guarantee that your original user name will still be available upon re-registration. Please note that although the automatic 'Account Activation' email still states 60-days - pending its update by our Software Admin - the new 30-day ruling is being upheld.
We do not require any member to make posts in order to keep their membership active, participation is purely voluntary and not a requirement; that being said, regular log-ins will ensure your membership remains active.
Members who do not log-in to the forum for a period of 1-year from their last log-in and who have never made a post in total will find they have been deleted from membership, deleted, but they may always re-register. Please note there is no guarantee that your original user name will still be available, and once topics/posts are deleted they are gone forever.
We do not delete any member who has ever made a post(s), and those posts - and your membership - are here for the life of the forum and will always be considered as 'active'. If a member wishes to leave the forum they simply do not log-in to the forum, but their account and log-in remains active. For the record, members do not have the ability to delete their account nor any post(s) they have made; only the Site Administrator may do so.
Deleting a member's account requires that every single one of their posts and/or topics are also deleted. Not only is that very tedious and time-consuming and it also leaves gaps in the conversation of the various topics of which that member participated. Therefore, we do not delete any member who has ever made a post, and thereby all posts and topics will remain intact to preserve continuity of the conversation(s).
