1) because it's an excuse to get dressed up
2) because I have an intense passion for comedy

I usually try to wrap laughter around a positive message in my videos, and this one follows
that idea. There are plenty of stereotypes, both negative and positive, surrounding
cross-dressers. This interview mocks several of them, while trying to keep things
interesting. Not a lot of people in our society fully understand who we are, but I am
trying to do my part in raising awareness and acceptance. I am now out to a lot of people
and as time passes, I care less and less to hide the fact that I cross-dress. If I can
make just an iota of difference, my mission will be accomplished.

However, I never want to be uber-preachy, because I think it would make me boring, so
I try my best to take a concept and make it funny. I really hope you enjoy this video
and I hope that it can open some eyes in this world

Just in time for Halloween, I have my first short film - Jessica vs. Jason. It is a horror comedy spoof of Friday the 13th. I really hope you enjoy the production value in this one, it was an absolute joy and thrill to make. Let me know what you think

Congratulations on your first time up as a gal! You seem confident up there, and everything else comes from having that. I've done one stand-up routine, as a guy, and I rehearsed those 4 minutes for weeks, on video. I got it so that every line was either a set-up, or a punch line. I still have the DVD of it, and it seemed to go OK.

So all I suggest is that you edit the material more, so that your explanations are shorter. But it was fun to watch as is, and the audience was responding to it the whole way through.

It felt great Wendae, it was nice to be able to be up there as a girl, I did some more of my jokes but didn't include them in the video. The audience was extremely receptive and all of my comedian friends were cool and supportive

Thanks Anita, Yea I definitely wasn't happy with my set because I am such a harsh critic of myself. I am going to edit those jokes down like you say and next time I perform them they will hopefully be sharper

I definitely cannot wait to get out of the house and on stage again! This week I have a unique boy to girl transformation video -- it's all about fashion and awesome dancing (k, maybe the dancing isn't awesome, but it's the best I can do, hehe) If my jokes were as bad as my dancing I'd get booed off stage every time
