Coffee or Tea
Do you ladies prefer to go to a nice coffee shop or a quiet tea room?

Re: Coffee or Tea
I drink both but there isn't a place to go to actually sit and enjoy them, so BabyDoll and I sit at home and enjoy them.

Not a coffee drinker so tea is my preference and as yet Requal has not been out so I cannot share that experienced.

Re: Coffee or Tea
I actually get a coffee most days. The thing about tea vs. coffee is they used to have tea shops here where you could get just lovely afternoon teas.

Re: Coffee or Tea
I've only seen one tea shop around here recently and I've yet to visit. Now that I think about it, I should! Usually it's a Starbucks as that's just about all that's available locally anymore.
Normal, just not average,

There are some nice coffee and tea shops in my area, a perfect place for a mature lady like me to frequent.

There are a few tea rooms around LA and I have tried them all still I am coffee girl. Nothing better than an ice cold mocha coffee on warm SoCal afternoon.

Re: Coffee or Tea
There used to be a hotel in thè Detroit area that did a high tea at 4 weekday afternoons. I went several times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Don't know if it is still there as that industry in metro areas has changed so much. The choice is tough as I enjoy a cup of tea in the evening but in the morning give me my coffee! Trust me you don't want to be around me until I am well into my second cup.

Re: Coffee or Tea
Oh Martha! I can't stand coffee. I get the needed caffeine from tea or highly sugared soft drinks in a can. In the nearby Chicago suburb of very accepting Oak Park, there plenty of tea shops. In the cool morning or evenings, sitting outside sipping some exotic tea flavor and munching on over priced cookies, might be a fun time for some. I simply don't have the free time to enjoy those comforts.
Then again, this post got me to thinking, 'why not?' Life's little pleasures are to be cherished. It's a stretch, maybe hubby and I could go as two nice ladies? We'll see.

Coffee shop for me! I love sitting around the local Starbucks surfing on my tablet and out of the corner of my eye watch people as they try to figure out is she just a plain girl or a guy in a dress.

I drink both but coffee in the morning to make me functional.
