As much as I'd like to do my shopping today in a skirt - it's awfully cold for that. It might be up to 0 now, it was about 2 below earlier in the morning. And it looks like we have another week of this yet to go. But you can bet that when skirt weather finally comes, I'll be the first one wearing one!

As one who goes for the soccer mom look I am more apt to be in leggings or jeans when grocery shopping especially in the colder weather. In the warmer months I many times will wear a sundress or a nice flowing skirt with a summery top.

I have found a " soccer mom " very casual , sporty feminine look
Works very well to blend in . A pair of 4 inch blue denim shorts
With the cuff rolled up . a loose tee over a bras smaller forms
Sandals or tenny s and an over shoulder purse
You will really have no problems get out there mix and mingle
