Hey Wesley, I used to wear men's underwear when I went to the doctor. I got to the point where I don't care anymore so I wear what I normally wear. For all the doctor knows I'm wearing men's bikini underwear.

Awhile back the wife and I got massages during a relaxing weekend, I wore bright pink panties under the sheet, I'm fairly certain the lady giving me the massage saw them at some point, I figured if she did, I gave her a story to tell her friends.

I'm not brave enough to wear a bra under my shirt, plus it would get uncomfortable during a 10 hour shift. The panties have become my natural state it's been a decade since I wore anything else. For awhile I would just wear white cotton panties, but now I wear colors pink, purple, blue, and yellow.

I always wear panties, don't own anything else. And I almost always wear a bra during the day. A few times I didn't bother taking the bra off at night, and the underwire chafed some painful sores - so that's a bad idea. But I don't find a bra to be uncomfortable during a normal morning to bedtime day.

Ha! You worry too much...People don't see pantie lines do they? And a sport bra fits like a men's sleeveless t shirt it's just that it ends above the abdomen. I suppose if your shirt is thin enough to be opaque or to show the outline of any hems, or if you sweat heavily...I can see it. Or if you have on a light colored shirt...a white, or yellow with a dark colored bra...yeah. In the winter you can get away with it all day long because of sweat shirt, or sweater, or a coat is worn. Walmart sells sports bras in 3 packs and I prefer white but if wearing a dark or thicker non opaque shirt then black or teal does not matter. I do not put my forms in...now if I am fully dressed in women's clothing I wear a regular bra and yeah I put the forms in...gel for small breast contour...or my mastectomy forms. or the light weight foam forms depending...

Hey my wife's nurse just left she from all I observed had no clue...sports bras that are for small breasts are not as obvious as you think they fit like a snug upper half of a man's summer tank top t shirt...you're just self conscious.

But I hear you....and honestly sometimes I will take off a bra while continuing on with panties under my clothes.
Go with the flow

I tend to get sweaty year round, so I don't wear sweaters and jackets all that much.
I'm satisfied with just the panties honestly.

I guess if someone asked you that question it would be like asking if I wear socks.

Depends what is happening on the day, but yes I wear panties most days. I enjoy the feeling of the fabric against my skin. It is not a rough as the male cotton underwear.

When this thread started, I wanted to make a smart a** reply right away, then thought not to.

Even women's boring cotton panties must feel better than men's briefs. Then consider the color and pattern choices. Underdressing makes sense, I guess.

Pretty much 24/7, sort of.

I wear "butt enhancing" gaffs while at home and at work (yes I change so 1 for work and 1 for at home) and I sleep in regular feminine underwear/lingerie, not tight gaff, but since I'm doing this for some years now, that thing down there is almost forming itself to stay in place.

You won't find one single piece of male clothing in my closet.

Most of the 40+ panties in my drawer are femme styles, full, hi leg, bikini, tanga or thongs and mostly cotton. I do have about 10 pairs of male briefs, bikini style (no boxers). My wife once said they look just like the style of big girl panties she wears. The only difference was that the front of male panties was double layered
I am not embarrassed to wear my femme panties when at the doctors.. I am sure that doctors see so many people both Male or Female and don't really notice what kind of panties any of them wear.

Short answer - yes - and why not?

They fit well, are soft and comfortable,
much less expensive than men's underwear,
produce small lines under skirts, dresses and
even (gasp) pants!

They are my underwear of choice and my
other half doesn't mind one little bit!
