Good Morning, and Hello to all,
I tried to post yesterday, but it seems to no avail, I guess it ended up in Cyberspace. Started another post a few min. ago, but it disappeared. Oh well, will try again. This appears to be a very well done site, and I look forward to learning from it, as well as contributing.
I am in my 60's and semi-retired healthcare provider. Also retired from the U. S. Navy. I started to CD about 35+ yrs ago, while still in the Navy. Probably like many of you, trying to research, back then, was difficult and very limited. Mostly things like psychaiatric articles etc. This really didn't answer many questions, just made for more questions as to why I am so weird, gay? etc. I had a lot of mixed feelings, and of course, tried giving up on the whole idea of CDing. However, those feminine feelings and desires to wear female clothing wouldn't go away, in fact they just got stronger. Well, thank goodness for the internet which has made such a difference in my life as a crossdresser, as I am sure it has with many of you. Finally, I am, we are, normal, though we are still in the minority in our society. Hopefully we will continue to see more and more acceptance.
After a number of years, I have totally accepted who I am or what I am. I love being a crossdresser, especially wearing lingerie, I'm pretty much a stay at home CDer, as I am not very passable for the public. That's OK, I still enjoy it, my wife accepts my femm side and love for wearing pretty and silky female clothing. We enjoy various aspects of play, in fact, I am in the process of becoming a sissy househusband, that is somewhat submissive to my wife. We will see how that progresses.
At any rate, I'm pleased to be here! Jamie
