I'm a member of crossdressers.com forum. One of the posts mentioned your website, of which I was not aware. So I explored and liked it and decided to join.
I'm an older person and been crossdressing most of my life. Unlike many members of this and the other forums, I do not want to be a woman or even look like one. I'm just a man who likes to wear skirts, nylons, slips, panties as they do make me feel more comfortable. I hate trousers.
I cannot post a picture or even avatar as your rules do not allow headless photos or mixed male/female attire. I have facial hair so I do not qualify.
I have looked at some photos in the gallery and some people look fantastic. I posted a few comments on the pictures that I liked.
I will post more about me in the future.
Thank you for accepting me.

Hi Salerba and welcome to the forum. I am also just a guy who likes to wear femme clothes so you are not alone here. But my outward views vary from the guy in a skirt look to full femme depending on my mood and where I am going out and about. I have found people to be fairly accepting of a guy in a skirt, but do the guy in a skirt look when I am away from home.

Hi Salerba. Welcome to the forum.

I to do not wish to change my gender however I do very much enjoy my 'femme' moments when CDing. I have been doing this on and off for a number of years but now have more private time with the kids grown up and flown the nest. My wife is supportive with my private dressing but would freak out if I asked to go out (not the I have the desire or courage to).

Hi Selerba,
As one newbie to another, a big welcome. You do sound much like my hubby, happy to dress once in a while. No intention to be full time or transition. Doesn't the facial hair destroy the illusion of femininity? Or, are you simply wearing skirts and nylons because they feel good, regardless of how else you're dressed?

Eileen

Hi Eileen,
Almost everyone has different reasons to crossdress. I do not try to look feminine as I do not go out dressed. I wear skirts and nylons because I feel more comfortable in them. I detest trousers (unlike many women who seem to prefer them). I'm not sure if I should be classified as a "crossdresser" as this to my mind indicates dressing to resemble women. I do not wear bras, jewellery or make-up or women's shoes. I also detest hard shoes (male or female) and prefer soft slippers. I am a man, and happy to be. I just dress differently than most men.
Maybe in the future our society will come to accept a man in a skirt without ridiculing him or considering him a "weirdo". Unfortunately, I am too old to expect it to happen in my lifetime.
Welcome to the forum, Eileen.

Hi Giselle,
If you read my reply to Eileen, you will know the reasons why I dress unlike most men. I do not consider myself a "woman" and I don't think I would require any help from support groups.
Thank for replying.
