So glad to have found the forum. It is wonderful to see that I am not alone. I recently "outed" for the 2nd time to my wife, having dropped the bombshell 11 yrs ago and then promptly brushed it under the carpet! A couple of weeks ago, I just had to discuss the elephant in the room. I think, hope, pray that she is beginning to understand. I dont expect her to ever have to be a part of Nicole, but just crave the liberty and freedom to explore my girly self. Nicole

I also am a new member, about 5 days now, and I have had lot of satisfaction from what I have seen as I am still in the closet as they say, I have not broached the subject with my wife, of 52 years and I know it will be hard for her to understand but hopefully maybe some day she will be accepting.

Oh Nicole, another two times outer. We should start a club. I came out to my wife in the late 1970s. Initially she thought it was fun but then it got serious and her attitude sent me back into the closet for 30yrs. Now I'm out again and determined never to take a backward step. Oh sorry Welcome to the Forum.

Me too, its forward from here. I feel so much better now...content and happy. Just a bit frustrated at times that I can't CD more often. But my wife knows more or less when I do CD and I think she is making peace with it.
