Hi Jessica, A bit over two years ago I started posting on sites like this and spelt out in detail my 50 yrs as a closet crossdresser. The whole process of telling people things I had kept secret for that long was so therapeutic. It's easier to come out on the web than in real life but it is a good start. I hope it works for you too.

You are very , make the most of the experience freely available here, get in the chatroom and read as many posts that interest you. Don't be afraid to ask, we have all been in the same situation more or less.
The one piece of advice which was the best I think was "Baby steps". With hindsight I know now it was the best.
