Hi and welcome. We have some active SO's on the board and hopefully you will find answers to any questions and concerns. I expect that you have incites that can help them and us also.
I am told that your feelings about the secrecy and failure to disclose (mentioned in another thread) are very common. From our (the CD's point of view) it's hard to 'fess up because of our fear of rejection (and worse) by our spouse. I'm glad that your husband has finally decided to tell you and I'm glad that you ae trying to help. Many on the board are not as lucky as he is! Again, welcome!

Hi Amber, nice to see another SO on the forum!
My husband also told me about his crossdressing after we were married. I can accept the reasons why he kept it hidden, but I would urge people who are still keeping it a secret from their SO's, not to! The reason being you will save your SO a lot of heartache, when they come across items of womens clothing, lingerie and receipts. (No matter how good you think you are at hiding stuff, we will still see stuff). I found stuff on numerous occasions, and it was horrible because I thought my hubby had been with another woman, or had been buying presents for another woman, and some of the excuses I heard certainly made me worry even more!

Hi Amber.

I'm so happy you and Kyra have joined us.

I think your support for Kyra is awesome (as Stephanie would say) and I believe you will enjoy the interaction with the thoughtful people on this forum. I wish you well on your planned outing with Kira.

I mean Kyra. I had a young student (now colleague) who spelled her name the other way!

FYI, I don't "let" Kyra do anything, she is her own free spirit.

I am really enjoying this forum. Everyone is so kind and warmhearted. I just wanted to say thank you to all who have welcomed Kyra and I so generously.
XOXO, Amber

Hi Amber,
I think you're both your own free spirits!

It's great to have you both onboard. I'm glad you enjoy it as much as we do.
It's a tremendous boost when you know you're not alone, that there's an actual community out there whose members have wallked a path similar to yours.
Love,
Christina
Welcome aboard!

SO cool to have another SO join this little gang.
I have not posted much lately, as I am less the 2 weeks from the due date of our baby, but hope you find some answers and freinds and if you need to vent/talk or what ever you will find lots of support here.
Hugs
