hello from penni in western australia
Hello all around this chaotic world of ours.
My name is Penni and I'm a suppotive partner to my husband, who goes by the name of Marie.
I'm also the Support Counsellor for the Chameleons society w.a..
I support and provide info to the spouses and any crossdresses.
My previous husband was a crossdresser and were married for 10 years,we have 2 daughters, sadly we were unlucky in love.I met my 2nd husband at Chameleons we have 4 boys aged 12 down to 5 years,we have been married for 14 years and we are totally in love and committed to each other.
I look forward to hearing from you all.
I think your all goddesses and it's time society allowed the shutters to go up and just accept people for who they are,not what sex they choose to love, not the clothes they wear etc etc etc.....
Hope to hear from you all
love penny

Hi ya Donna,
I don't know if I prefer a crossdresser as a husband.
My first husband was my childsweet heart.I found out about his dressing 2 months after our honeymoon. Was I shocked Hmmmm yes and no.
Crossdressing has never been a problem to me, I am confident in saying it is the person I love. Dressing is something that brings joy to both these men in my life.It relaxes them,I see a more sensitive ,empathetic side that sometimes is not present in our daily life.
I don't mind my husband wearing womens lingerie etc to bed,we have compromise in our life, where fantasy is in the bedroom sometimes and man and woman another.
My husband is a man during the day,but what he wears under those clothes is womens lingerie.I most certainly do not have aproblem with that.
We have children that have'nt seen him dressed as yet.
He usually dresses at night and attends the meetings fortnightly as Marie. I attend those meetings once a month.
Tell me your story Donna, are you married, are you a fulltime crossdresser awaiting surgery.
It was great to hear from you.
Hear from you soon, penni

I am the partner of a cdr, I am relativly new to this although he has been cding for over 20 years. We have been together 2 1/2yrs but i only found out about it 6 weeks ago. I don;t have a problem with his cding ws just the lies he had told about it that I had a problem with but we are working through them and things are going well at the moment although no doubt there will be a few more problems along the way that neither of us have invisaged

Well, I do CD 24/7, but it's mainly underdressing while presenting male. No TS leanings, no surgery. My beginning story is at http://crossdressers-haven.com/forums/v ... ght=#34869

Hi Penni,
Let me also welcome you to our forum. I am very happy you are supportive of your husbands need. Like you my wife said I was an am the same man she married 43 years ago no matter what cloths I'm wearing. I dress nearly everyday completely from head to toe, I would dress all the time but my wife saids she would like to have her man around sometimes so to keep us both happy I respeck her wishes.

Hello, Penni, and welcome to the forum - from another 'supportive' SO! My CD and I met here at the forum, and I love her as much as I love him!!
May I suggest that you send a PM to Sharon(SO) to add the '(SO)' behind your name? That way everyone here will know that you are a GG and not a CD. Sharon(SO) will also admit you to the GG-only section where we GG's may post in private.
Looking forward to hearing more from you - and your CD!!

Hello all in cyberspace around the world.
What a lovely welcome,I thankyou so much.
The forum that I'm moderator for and spouse rep,has only been up and running for the week, please feel welcome to register and post there.
Just type in chameleons society wa from there click on the discussion link.www.chameleons society.com.au
God knows I need a bit of help with the SO postings,on our old forum I was a regular, however I usually posted topics on CDing.our society is very young at the moment and many are reluctant to talk.So by me posting topics it usually gets the ball rolling.
So check our site and join, your support for us would be very welcome by all.
I would love to have some topics posted on the SO others criteria
Look forward to hearing from you all

Penni,
I have been a contributing member here for - well a long time. I try to pass this sage advise on to each new SO. First, I want to thank you for taking your valuable time to contribute and I want to give you a heart felt thankyou for at least being open-minded enough to even try and accept "us."
My advise is if you choose to stay around, YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE'S LIFE!
There are a lot of fragile egos that show up here, looking for answers and getting, love, understanding and acceptance from an SO/GG can really turn someone's life around.
It did for me. I was really struggling and my sisters here took me in and showed me the way and honey, there is no one who is enjoying there "Magical Mystery Tour," more!!!!!!!
I try to help when I can, but YOU you are the source of our amazement and some positive input can really make a difference in someone's life.
Many of us have the opportunity maybe once in our lives to help a fellow traveller on this "veil of tears." Some choose to ignore the opportunity, others don't even recognize it as an opportunity, while others grab hold and take the opportunity for all its worth.
You can make a difference here!
Love,
Virginia

Thankyou Virginia
Dear Virginia,
Thankyou for your kind words and inspiration.
You are so right,we are all on a journey, and for me if I see someone needing help,I can't walk by,I need to stop and say "are you o.k,can I help in any way". Be it small or large I am prepared to put myself out for someone else. There was a movie written and I can't remember the title, but a little boy suggested to people that they pay a favour forward,if someone else helps you,pay it forward and help someone else,it will truly change your life and make a differenc.
I have always done this, especially when it comes to the Chameleons Society of W.A. When I called them about my first husband, and how he had told me about his crossdressing, they sent an angel from above.Michelle is her femme name, she provided me with sooooooo much material on crossdressing, she opened her life to me and my 1st husband.
Because I recieved the right duty of care that is needed in these particular circumstances,I can honestly say I have never had a feeling of disgust etc with both my husbands.
After all we are all made up of unique genetic material,we are not all supposed to be the same, god what colourless world we would live in.
Before any spouse makes judgement she should look toward herself first,we all have secrets about ourselves, our sexuality etc,ect the list could go on.
We are not supposed to judge anyone with difference,I thought the world was supposed to be diverse and inclusive.
As I have said on our forum in western Australia, maybe I'm a fruitcake in the fact that I accept crossdressing, transexuals etc ,but that is me,to me each of these people have something to offer the world, they need a chance to show it.
The only way they can is to be free of the shame and guilt that has haunted them through boyhood, teenagehood and manhood.Once that feeling has been lifted they as people will surely shine, they will be able to function to full capacity in life.
I want to help that happen and thus I have been on a journey and will continue that journey.Sure I have copped abuse from many other SO"s in the past, but they are entitled to their opinion,if their prepared to let a man in their life go,a man that has protected, loved and lifted her when she is down, then that is her decision.I just see past the clothes.
PHEW.....
Hugs penni

Thanks Penni,
You are in the same league as my SO who is also a member of this forum. I can not even begin to relate my feelings about how fortunate I am to have someone in my life that loves Virginia, accepts her and considers her a friend in her own right! Ladies like you are one in a million. I hope that my sisters here will appreciate you for who you are and that you stay and participate.
Love,
Virginia
