I just tried a search of two phrases, each in quotes, in both google and starting page. Drastically different results, with starting page not anywhere near to being able to narrow the search. Even though it is supposed to be able to search a phrase with quotes, it didn't, and even removed the quotes when I looked at the advanced search page.
