Donna - Thanks for the Command Prompt and ipconfig tips, I'll take a look at those and see what's going on. Thank you, also, for the brief snyopsis of Nick's site - now the crafter in me has me really curious about his sculptures!!

Lorna - The first thing I tried was inserting 'www.' and the same URL error message appeared. I'll leave the cookies as is for now - but only because we have the archaic dial-up ISP (no DSL available - hmpf!) and it will take seemingly forever to get back into my favorite sites if I start fresh. However, if all else fails, the cookies get deleted!

Thank you both for your help! I really do appreciate it!!

Donna - I get the same response every time I either click on the link (yours or Nick's) or manually enter the URL. I've never had this happen with any other link or site, and my IE browser is set to medium - no changes have been made. I do have a pop-up blocker, but even that has never been 'popped' while trying to access Nick's site. Do you have any suggestions?

This Dago is starting to get p-o'ed!! {Although the German in me is holding on to the temper!} :-$ [-(

Hi hon,

Sometimes what works for me is inserting the "www." right in front of that URL.

You can also try deleting your cookies, closing down your browser & then reopening it. Good luck!
Actually, putting the "www" in front of it would only make matters worse...

Here, try this: http://demi_god_unicron.tripod.com/nuked.html

Hey, Nick -

I just tried your new link - unfortunately, I get the same response as before; replacing the underscores with dashes, or doing away with them entirely, nets a response from Tripod of no user by that name. ::grumble, mutter, grumble::

I'm really interested in looking at your sculptures - that's the crafty side of me because I do decorative painting on various surfaces, and I have my hands in just about every other craft, too.

Guess I'll have to tinker around with my IP settings, like Donna suggested. ::sigh::

Thanks for all your help, though - I do appreciate it!

ooops..forgot to post about touch ups...in my gallery, the little black dress I was wearing was colored on (my S0 did it for me). I wasn't wearing a dress, more like a swimsuit in the original pic but we thought it was a bit risque for the gallery so we made it into a dress...cool huh?

What is this risque? Never heard of it. The best pictures are the ones that are of us warts and all. I'm not implying that you have warts Sweetness! That is a cute picture though. I have a small birth mark on my left hip that looks like a hippopotamus. I had a tatoo done on it in a little dress. It's quite cute. It's a great conversation piece at parties as long as I don't get thrown out! That little Jeannie goes wild every now and then. When she's bad, she's real bad! Have a great weekend Beautiful. :) Hugs.
