That's great Anita!

As a former rock band member myself, and avid rock music fan, I have always enjoyed finding CD/TG related topics in songs.

I used to have a list of songs that touch on the subject, but I have no idea where that ever went... But there was easily 20+. As expected "Lola" was the first on the list. One of my favorites is Heart's "Strange Night".

Anyway, I would love to check out your myspace page and hear the song!

What instrument(s) do you play? I've been thinking about starting a musician's thread to see how many girls here play. I'm a drummer, primarily, playing rock, blues, jazz and fusion - even a little country from time to time. But I also play some guitar.

How many other musicians do we have?

If I'm not mistaken, there have been a number of music threads started here.
I'd say music is a big part of many of this forum's participants.
I am not a musician or singer, but am involved in a small part of the music business.
I have been writing about music for over thirty years; started back when big round vinyl LP's were the main source of recorded music.
I have contributed to many magazines and newspapers over the years, done booklet notes for CD's, and have entries in several music reference books.
I have received personal messages from a few members of CD FORUM with similar tastes in music.
Some of them might be able to figure out my "real identity" if they've read my work, so I'm a little nervous about posting more details of my music background and tastes.
