Bombjam (T-girl rock)

Both of my current bands play this song, and it's the lead song on my CD. I think it's high time to have an update of "Lola."
To hear the song for free, you can go to Myspace--you don't even have to register to listen. Just email me, and I'll send you the link.
This is not a neutral song. When we tell stories about CD or TG life, they're bound to have a point-of-view. I would hope that you can enjoy this saga, whether or not you identify with this gal's choices about where she is on the spectrum of gender and attraction.
Bombjam
-1-
Leaving the cab, Lea shifted her legs
A queen of the night, and a pawn in the day
The guys at the door, gave a look, and then twice,
Her shoulders were broad, but the bearing was right
-2-
Billy stepped out, from the cave of the lounge,
Tired of loudness, not up for the crowd,
He was resigned, to the road and the night,
He lifted his head, and Lea came into sight.
She came in…and he grinned
Chorus
She’s an ordinary man,
She’s a magical woman
And she roams the borderlands,
of your heart.
-3-
A sudden relief, from the grind of the show,
A stunning attraction, she sets you aglow
She’s pretty tall, but you’re up to that,
You’re moving on in, her fingers run up your back
Chorus
She’s an ordinary man,
She’s a magical woman
And she roams the borderlands,
of your heart.
Bridge
Of your heart
borderlands
far from her home
As a man
-4-
You can keep dancing, ‘till time starts to slow
You’re nobody’s fool, and yet she’s still quite a show,
Let your four walls go, from pressure within,
Wherever you’re going, it was bound to begin
Chorus 2x
She’s an ordinary man,
She’s a magical woman,
And he never planned at all,
to be her!
She’s a man,
and she’s a magical woman,
And she roams the borderlands,
of your heart.
