Well i do a lot of thing in photoshop just for a lot of friends and for the fansite of Sita (the dutch singer)

Melissa,
You can only link to a site if it's not behind some form of access protection (such as a password request, for example). Nor can you link to a file stored on your local drive. Yeah, these limitations are a bit of a pain, but I imagine there's probably a good reason for them.
You might want to ask Beauty if she can store a copy of the image for you on her site and link it to the forum from there. I know that she's been gracious enough to do so in the past, but I don't know if she still has the room for it.
