Hi all.
There some posters here that from time to time post things that are worth quite a lot. They serve as good reminders and thought provokers. I thought it would good to have them all in one place, where one can easily find them. I encourage any one to post anything here they think might be helpful. Sort of a one liner type of thing.
Love Darlene.

Hi all this is the Quote that prompted this tread.
But on the bad days, I catch each negative thought as it comes, and I label it, and then set it aside. Sound tedious? It's not as bad as just letting it all pile up, and then dealing with it.
