A few years ago a friend of mine gave me the soundtrack to "Hedwig and the angry inch". The more I listened to it the more I liked it. I rented the movie and even went to see the Off Broadway production. I loved it. It speaks to us ladies. I went to see it in a small theatre in Hartford, Connecticut and half the patrons were dressed. Unfortunatley I was in drab. The show was awesome and I knew all the words to the songs. They spoke directly to me. Here is one of my favorites from the album called "Wicked little town". It's a very pretty ballad.

I have heard the tune but wasn't really aware of the words Thank you. they are pretty interesting.
BTW it was a great movie I would love to see the play.

Hi Jeannie!

One of my fav songs is from the soundtrack to the film "Better than Chocolate"..

It's sung by the pre op MTF TS character it's called "I'm not a F#*@ing dragqueen"...it's a great tango like song..very catchy..and cute.

(Hey, why didn't i get invited to the Hartford show BTW??)

Ladies . The best thing about seeing the play was Hedwig was played by the man that stared in Rent on Broadway. He was fabulous. There is a small theater in my town called The Seven Angels Theater. I sent them an E-mail and asked if "Hedwig" is still touring and if there is any possibilty they could come here. Don't worry Lefty ,I'll give you a heads up. Your only 30 minutes from me. Big hugs.
