PS. Please Silver Lady!. The Warden just called a minute ago. She says it's been 6 years since our colonoscopy and she wants me to make an appointment with my customer Dr. Smiley a Gastroenterologist. No lie! This guy is a hoot. He's a little guy who wears goofy ties and looks like Groucho Marx and is funny as heck! I'll mark it on my calendar with a smiley face! I had a ball last time. His nurses are hilarious. They told Mini "Don't be nervous. We do this all day long. We only check out the guys that come in that have nice butts." One of the nurses had my last name which is rare for an Italian. I can't wait to go again! I view it as another adventure for some more stupid stories plus it will save your life. A twofer! I love it.

Grocery store mushrooms
and pork roast with oven baked potatoes (All served on one plate!)
(Two answers to two different posts, Jeannie! Great minds think alike! I like food also!)
Classical music with an Italian name:
Mendolssohn's Italian Symphony #4 (for full orchestra)
or
J.S. Bach's Italian Concerto (for solo keyboard)?

PS: Jeannie, Please don't hold your breath while waiting for a return of the 8-track tapes, or cassettes, for that matter. Those music dinosaurs deserve to remain dead and buried!

PS. Silver Lady I beg to differ. There's a backlash against technology today and I've started a new movement. At this point I'm the only member but I have time.
I'm sure Virginia hates all this new fangled technology of computers and emails. She must often think of the simpler times when she was a little girl watching the Pony express horses go by her house.
I'm also quite sure Carol Ann still has her Heath kit telegraph she got as gift from Thomas Edison. I hope he autographed it for her!
There are enormous advantages to being very, very, very mature like you ladies. I know. You were once my age.

aw hun...remastered cd's of course. I'm a music buff of the 50's/60's and a lot had so many bad tracks that have cleared up from remastering.

standard wind up watches or new battery watches?
I remember when car batteries had lift off panels so you could recharge them. now they are all solid closed batteries.
