Thanks SL, I got rid of 3lbs quite quickly but it’s the last half stone (7 lbs.) that is hard to shift. Definitely got to get into gym mood and get down to my Christmas eating weight of 11-1/2 stones (that’s about 160lb.s).

Oh. BTW ^You are banned, for what? Oh I don’t know. Banned for making me use my little brain on a Monday morning.
