A word to the wise

An elderly man was on the operating table awaiting a life saving surgery to be performed by his son, a world renowned surgeon. Just before he was put under he asked to speak with his son.
"Don't be nervous son, do your best. Just remember if something happens to me your mother is going to come and live with you and your wife."
