Bottle fed baby ???

A woman is sitting in the waiting room of the doctors surgery holding a young baby in her arms.
When her turn comes, the nurse shows her into the doctors office, he looks at the baby and says, " Gee, the babe is rather on the thin side, is he bottle fed or breast fed?"
The woman replies, " Oh he's breast fed, most certainly."
The doc says, "Well strip your clothes off to the waist and we'll see what we can see."
The lady takes off her top and bra, the doc then feels all round her breasts, he pushes and kneads them for a while then he says, " No wonder the baby is not putting on weight, you don't have any milk."
The woman looks at him with a wry grin and says, "Well of course I don't, I'm only his aunt, but this has been one of the nicest visits I've ever had to the doctor."
