I’m not normally a great one for memorial days etc. but a year ago today April 16th. 2007, 32 students and teachers died in the shooting at Virginia Tech.
Since then I’ve got to know and respect my new friends in the USA. Blacksburg is not far from Roanoke so I would like to let SL, Virginia and all the others in that area know that this year I remembered.

Thank you, Kay . . . we were wearing ribbons in the VA Tech's school colors today at work in remembrance of the victims, and we sold a bunch of them, too! School pride runs very deep here!
