Hi Everyone,
I've got some news for all you poor tortured gay souls out there; a religious charity set up by a Church of England Canon (that's a senior priest, not a thing that goes bang--in case you don't have them in US) has a cure for homosexuality. All I can say is, thank his god that he hasn't turned his attention to crossdressers.
You can read about it here: [link removed]
Before anyone takes exception to what I've written, I know that there are gays who are troubled by there homosexuality and the conflict this causes them with their religion. When I have been consulted for advice on this topic, I always suggest that they should think of adopting another religion (if they must believe in anything at all) that is truly inclusive, accepting, and caring. In other words, any religion that thinks homosexuality is wrong should be treated as a joke and laughed at.
And just for the record, I am a hetero CDer and I am not knocking believers, I am speaking out against small-minded, ignorant prejudice, and I hope none of the people in this forum will be offended by that.
With respect ,
Caroline.

Hi Beauty,
I don't understand that, because I tested it before I posted it. And again, since reading your post, and it still works for me, so I don't understand why it won't work for you. Here it is again, please see if it works this time: [link removed]
Failing that, you can always get to it through this one, though I think you might have to register (it's free) to read it: http://money.telegraph.co.uk/news/main. ... stid=65700.
Regards,
Caroline.

Hi Beauty,Beauty wrote:Hi Caroline,
Your link. Was it from an e-mail message?
I removed it again.. lol.. it still didn't work.
Question: Since the second link takes you to the homepage of that site. Where is the link to the story?
Beauty
Sorry for the trouble; answers as follows:-
Q1. No, it's a new bulletin to which I subscribe, so maybe tha's why it doesn' work.
Q2. On the right-hand side of page, under title "UK News", and about half-way down that column, there's an article entitled " Parish's anti-gay protest", and goes on to say, "A parish disgruntled by the appointment of Canon Jeffrey John as the Dean of St Alban's will divert thousands of pounds it normally sends to central Church funds to an anti-gay Christian charity." You can read the full article if you click on the title "Parish's anti-gay protest". Clicking there brings up a registration page, but it's free, and quick to do.
I would add for non-UK readers of this, that The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph are high quality UK papers noted for their accurate news-coverage, though they tend to be on the right side of central.
Regards,
Caroline.
