Hi--
This is not a big deal to me, but I'm curious as to whether it has happened to anyone else. A while back, I discovered the "favourites" file, (Is phpBB based in the Commonwealth, by any chance?) and put a number of pictures into it; probably 30 or so. After a few months, I went to add some, and the original 30 were gone--'poof!'
OK, no biggie. I added some more, and maybe had 10 in there. This morning, I went to add one, and the 10 were all gone.
Is there a certain shelf life for this file? It is annoying to lose them all periodically.

Interesting question, and one I'm not sure of the answer . . . yet, but I'll keep researching.
First thought that came to mind, though, was are you sure that the member(s) in question are still members? When I delete members due to dormant accounts, I delete everything about them, including their photo gallery.
Second thought, are you sure that the member herself has not deleted that photo from her album?

Thanks for getting back to me, SilverLady. It wasn't just deleted members, because I had favorites from some that are still here now.
And I had one of my own in there, so I know that I didn't delete mine.
Since it seems not to have happened to anyone who's read the thread, then it will probably go unsolved.
