Picture album is full? - Resolved
Hi. I guess I'm almost full up in my album. I tried to create a new album S. Lisa Smith 2, but when I try to upload it shows the same imit as the old album, so I don't have enough room. Will I have to purge
my old album to get more room? Thanks for the board and your help!!

Hi all,
Sharon,
Each gallery member is allowed a total of 1 Mb (or 1,024 Kb) of space on the server for photos. My own technique consists in making sure that my pix are never too large, that way, I can post more of the them on my gallery. My jpg's are usually between 20 and 40 Kb in size so, in theory, I can put up between 25 and 50 photographs (regardless of how many albums I choose to divide them between).
What you may have to do is pull the ones already up there, shrink them in both size and resolution, and then re-post them. This will give you more room. Of course, doing so will thereby delete all comments and rankings currently assigned to a given pic. Still, it's the only way. I hope this helped you a bit.
Love,
CJ
