Size 2XL (XXL Size 20) gym vest with built in shelf bra
They only seem to be available in USA

I would expect any department store that carries plus size lingerie will have a camisole (vest) with built in bra.
Note that some may list size 20 as 3X, or a 2x as a size 18.
