OOPS!, outed again, fun, fun, fun

Yesterday I went to our local mall to pickup a few things. I was in one of the the beauty and cosmetics aisles looking for some finger nail files, A.K.A. emery boards. I must have looked a bit lost because I'd never shopped that store before. Another customer, a perfect stranger, must have picked up on that when she said: "Are you looking for some makeup?" I said: "No, but thanks for asking. I probably won't need any until November or December, that's when my tan will start to fade". At that point I didn't realize that she believed me to be a CDer, I just thought she was trying to be funny.

She then asked me what I thought of her lip stick. I said that I thought it looked good on her but thought it might be too dark for me. It was very deep red, whereas I prefer the brighter red, the "Taylor Swift look". She wanted to put some on me anyway, "just to see how it would look". I politely declined, stating that my wife and I had this agreement: She is O.K. with my CDing as long as she is the only woman to dress me or make me up. The stranger introduced herself as Cheryl and said she respected my wishes.

So after a few more minutes of "girl talk", I asked her how she knew I was a CDer (I was dressed drab at the time). She said that she saw the lace trim on the bottom of my panties when I bent over (I was wearing short shorts and tank top). OOPS!, outed again! Oh well, nobody died.

We said our good byes and went our separate ways. Nobody was hitting on anybody, just having a fun-filled girly conversation. I paid for my stuff then left.

Hi Donna,
I also thought the same. Since I asked her that question, I suspect she picked up on the lace trim thing as an opportunity to possibly embarrassing me. Some women enjoy being able to turn a guy's face red. Of course I'm the type that's not easily embarrassed. Seeing as she was a total stranger, I can only guess as to her motives. However once she saw that I wasn't easily embarrassed, that's when the fun part of our little conversation started. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.
