Last time for summer?

We had an unusually warm day yesterday, at least considered warm for this part of the world in October. I decided to wear my favorite "summer stuff" one last time before packing it away. So I went out to walk the dog yesterday afternoon, wearing my favorite tank top and my "Daisy Dukes". I walked her on the bike/run/walk trail in this huge (60+ acres) park near my house. A couple of young women came biking up from behind me. When they got even with me, one of them shouted: "Hey, nice panties". My "Dukes" must have ridden up on me a bit. I suppose they felt safe doing that because they knew they could outrun me because I was walking and they were on bikes. My dog wouldn't have been a factor in their decision, because "Sparkles" is about the most laid back dog anybody could imagine. She is a 12-year old yellow lab, kinda like "Yellow Dog" in the Chevy Chase movie "Funny Farm". So I wondered if the women would have said anything if they had been walking instead of biking. Also wondering how often (if at all) this has happened to any of you. Incidentally, this park is a very safe place. No secluded spots, well lit and always plenty of people down there, even late at night.
