Ladies,
I have thin lips and really enjoy using lipstick when wearing makeup.
I enjoy having beautiful red lips.
I am fair skinned and have blue eyes.
Would you please recommend some red lipstick shades for me.
Thanks ladies.

Re: Lipstick
I think that may be a difficult question to answer Martha. The color (shade) depends on your outfit as well as the other shades of makeup you have on. I think your best bet is to invest different ones to test them out. However, I will say that after I started using "Maybelline® Super Stay 24™ 2-Step Lipcolor" I rarely use anything else. It stays on nicely, even after a meal.
Normal, just not average,

Great.
I want one that stays on after eating and drinking at parties without having to fix up every minute.

The best answer for a lipstick color is to go to a place like Ulta and ask for help. You will get excellent help and they don't care if you are drab or fem. They will explain why that color is good for you, other shades or the family of shades etc. for you. They can explain how to apply any product to make it last longer and be easier to apply. BTW, I like Ulta's house brand for a variety of items.
Myself, I don't have any lips either and I have learned over the years, you can't fake them as that will quite simply look fake. You need to stay within the boundaries of your own lips as defined by where the color starts and stops.
If I use lipstick, I use a lip liner to keep the color "inside the lines" and not bleed out. If I use a lip stain, my preferred way to color my lips, lip liners don't exactly mix well so you need to be careful or simply skip the liner. I have found the stain does me better than lip stick most times as it seems to hold up better to booze. I have used a variety of lips sticks from the inexpensive to the expensive. Cosmetics is not one of those products you necessarily get what you pay for. Check the fashion magazines and online reviews; naturally staying power is a criteria for comparing lipsticks.
Honestly girls, how many times have any of you been told that your lips need lipstick when all of you have been hanging out all day? And if they tell you, then I bet all of you go to the potty to fix your lips together.

Re: Lipstick
I don`t know that I have thin lips but they certainly as full as most females. I find if I go wih a vibrant pink I look best and it gives me the look of plumper llips. Generally I am a Maybelline girl when it comes to my cosmetics.

Re: Lipstick
Being fair skinned and blue eyed I think a nice vibrant pink would work for my lips as well.
Being bald I usually wear a blonde or light brown wig.
