High Heels and a Secret of Comfort
Lining the inside sole with a maxi pad can make them more comfortable. It holds your foot snug in the shoe, it offers a little bit more cushion, and as your feet sweat, it absorbs the moisture.

Definitely an interesting take on feminine protection! 
There are several products out there to slip in your shoes for comfort, the ones I have used are by Dr. Scholls and they do work well. I have even some designed for sandals but never tried those, just in pumps.
Remember Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did only she did it backwards and in high heels!

Yea that is taking feminine protection to a ground level.

Sounds like a neat little trick, Donna. Now... just got to figure out between super absorbent or ultra thin. With wings or without? Regular size, or extra long?
