First, I am ready for all the "rain on my parade" gals out there, but my breast have gotten bigger and much fuller over the last year of natural pills and daily massage. I am a full B cup! Even more is my nipples really show when I wear t-shirts or even the thicker long sleeve t-shirts for winter. I love to wear tight t's around the house, but not appropriate for going out.
So I have started wearing nipple covers. There are a couple of options that you can find in cosmetic departments at drugstores or big box stores. I love the one that are like a flower shaped tape type. I wear them all the time! They cover my nipples, but let me show off my cute little breasts!
Can not say I have the headlight issue, but would be a good one to have. Good you are keeping them covered for a blending look and not having them stick in people's faces. I have you thought about wearing a tank top under shirt as a different way to tone them down. I wear the tank tops with a shelf bra from KMart and love them. They may also work for you.
It is great you are getting the change you want out of the pills. No rain, just a caring friend hoping you have some type of dr's monitoring to go with them. Just because they are natural does not mean they can not mess you up and you may not find out until the damage is done.

I am a physically male person that likes to wear feminine clothes at times.

I can remember those first days as I developed and how proud and excited I was but wasn't sure I wanted to "point" at everyone I met on the street. Many of today's bras have a light lining to prevent that but for those times you don't wear a bra you found the perfect solution.
I am not going to lecture you but Kim is 100% correct in discussing this with all your doctors as herbals and OTC drugs, even multi vitamins, can have side effects or interactions. Some not evident until it is too late. You should make them aware of all supplements, herbals, vitamins, etc. you take on a regular basis for your own well being.
Remember Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did only she did it backwards and in high heels!

I have the nipple issue virtually all the time and they can crack and bleed especially in cold weather, I have tried Band Aid and nipple covers, but I have settled for a padded bra, which I wear daily. The only time I leave my bra off is when I go to church and when family are around. One of the parishioners commented after church some time ago, when I was wearing a rather tight polo neck shirt, that I should wear a bra, I just smiled.
Hi.
spos I don't think or even consider this to be an issue as I don't wear bras and have no need, some time,s just a singlet and tee top if my breasts show my nipples some time,s just a tee, then tough I am a female and who cares, its natural and if any one said something I,d tell them go get a life
no different from us breast feeding and I mean any where again if ...some... people cant hack that then look else where or they can bugger off, I really don't care .
And guys can with out ? .... oh yes of cause , quite frankly I get sick of the attitudes thrown at us, to me WE WILL do our OWN thing in OUR own time with out men around. and do I say and their law,s
Women with prominent nipples should either wear a padded bra or covers as you have done. I wore them all the time when nursing. They reduce chafing and unwanted stares.
Prominent/erect nipples is something I've come to live with. Before I came out to the world it looked odd for a guy to have nipples poking out the t shirt. When it's in triple digits out you don't want an under shirt on. I found some disposable nipple covers on Amazon and tried them. Perfect no erect nipples, comfortable to wear and don't peel off if you start to sweat. Added bonus they also help if you have hyper sensitive nipples, they reduce the stimulation by your bra or top rubbing.
