the case for the CGD

Much has been said on the subject of the LBD, and rightfully so. We all acknowledge it's versatility, it's universal appeal, and it's timeless elegance. But I am here putting forth the proposition that the CGD has long been overlooked as a basic necessity of everyones wardrobe, and in fact holds many advantages over the LBD. In fact, I'm willing to wager that most cannot even immediately identify the CGD as the "casual grey dress".
The casual grey dress is the most versatile garment ever devised. For example, you can wear it to dinner in the evening and you can also wear it while having your morning coffee. You can wear it at any formal occasion, but also while just hanging out with your friends. A few accessories can quickly transform it from that comfortable outfit for a day's shopping to something you can wear to church. It goes equally well with black heels as with sandals. One CGD in your suitcase will meet any unforseen need like no other single outfit can.
So ladies, if you do not yet have a CGD as a staple of your wardrobe I suggest you get one soon. We all like to have the beautiful and the glamorous outfits, but for every day usefullness the CGD is unequalled.
