Silverlady:
I am looking to shorten the length of my steps when dresssed and walking about... Would this product help. To me, it appears that being it is full length and slightly below the knee, it would inhibit me from taking my traditional longer steps.

Stephanie H:

It does appear that this shaping/control slip would serve to shorten your steps, even though it has a back-slit to allow free movement.

Obviously, you would not be able to wear this slip with all of your outfits, and I'm betting it will be hot and uncomfortable after a while.

Use this slip as a method of training, if you must, but I think the best thing is just to practice walking with shorter steps, which will be better in the long run (and cost less).

Thanks for the quick response.
I gues the answer is the same for getting to Carnegie Hall.
