A bit of a tease

Due to the nature of my work I go and visit and osteopath every four to six week, I go so I don't have to. Well about three or four visits ago I realised as I was stripping down that rather stripping down to my pants I was striping down to my panties. Well he said nothing at that time so on subsequent visits not only have I not worried about my underwear choices, my shaved legs and torso or my nail polish, I have been gradually "upping the anti" I have been writing about it all here as the situation has slowly progressed http://paula-paulasplace.blogspot.co.uk ... /Osteopath" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The thing is I will be seeing him tomorrow, I am for another reason all nicely shaved at the moment and have a nice dark cherry polish on my toe nails, I will be going straight to a meeting after seeing him, so will be getting changed between work and my appointment, I am wondering about as well as some nice feminine panties wearing pantyhose as well under my trousers.

I am not sure why I am doing this, whether it is just to provoke a reaction, or whether it is something to do with the intimate nature of the treatment.

How about you're doing it because you're exercising your womanhood? You said you were going to your meeting right after? Why not go to the doc en fem or change at the doc's to fully en fem? Make life easy on yourself on several counts.

Like you, I have gone to any of my doctors in whatever state of "pretty" I happen to be in. And at least once, I met one of my doctors fully en fem. They have no reason to say anything unless how lovely you are or gawd forbid, you really goofed up your makeup or outfit. One of my docs, I just told him outright because I was having trouble with my foot and I needed a solution so I could wear my heels. Now he can take that into account when he treats me -- and he has -- he's told me at least once to stay out of my heels until I was better.

When we first moved to Dallas, TX, I found a DO that was local to handle all my medical problems. Later I found out that she is one of the better know doctors that treat Transgender people. So I told her I was TG and asked if it was OK if I come dressed on my visits. She said, "No problem". She encourages her TG patients to come dressed. So I show up dressed, her nurse asked me how I should be addressed, I told her "JoAnn". She marks my fem name on my chart for future reference. so when my doctor comes into the room, she asked me do a 360 and then asks if it is OK for her to take my picture. She has an album of all her TG patients. Only once sense I started going en fem, did she ask me to strip down to my panties. This was so she could do some measurements to establish a baseline, to track the changes the hormones will make.

Well my appointment ended up being postponed till next Wednesday (he isn't in my area very often) so I shall have to wait till the t find out what I will do. I expect it is all down to just how irresponsible I feel at the time

My appointment is for tomorow evening, I have a nice pair of clean panties et aside all ready, but I think it is just far too hot to be wearing any tights (pantyhose), so there will be just the toe nails and panties to tell the story.
