Oh gosh I just got to get into that dress
Carol Ann you are too funny. I can picture the wheels turning in your head trying to figure out a way.

I love that Elayne and i can share. She just ought a grgeous dress from Kohls the other day. She is still mad though as she gained weight with me during my pregnancy and has not lost it yet.

Hey Robyn,

Whats the pink lipstick trick, I cant say I have heard of that one?

I guess its like the skin coloured stage slapstick I bought many years ago, to disguise my beard shadow. It didn't work for me!

I think that we draw attention to the shadow by trying to disguise it too much. Have you noticed that many RG's with dark hair have a shadow too. Have a look at how many male CD's have really white chins and top lips in their images cos they over do the disguise. IMHO I think it draws the eye to the shadow even more.

You will one day think Oh F### it! I did and loved it!
But dont be tempted to cra~ on your own door step! I did and regretted it!

Have fun

Whats the pink lipstick trick
I read that as one of the tricks to hide the shadow. Pepper your beard like the chicken pox then go over it with foundation. I'll post what happens the next time I get a chance to try it.

I'll also take your advice about too much makeup. I'm getting braver by the day!

Since most of my facial hair is now white, I don't have much of a shadow anyway. So my makeup will cover it for a long time.

Very cool!!!!

And my take on passing is.... it's more attitude than looks.... If you have that attitude that says that you belong there, dressed as you are, then people will accept your presentation even if it isn't perfect... if you lack that attitude then it opens you up for further scrutiny and inspection.....

Hey Robyn,
It's good to see you getting more en femme time out.
I mentioned something about getting one for myself and her comment was 'at least get one we both can share!'

That's an awesome comment on her part. Kudos to your wife! =D>
