Lots of potential to pass, not that you don't, but you have seen a lot of good advice from the girls here. I will say this, and you may have seen me mention it before. Survey says, "eye brows!" That is the one area that a lot of GG's draw the line at for their CD'ers, but since you are not of that persuasion, you will have to decide how you want to handle that. The bottom line as several of the girls pointed out, your eye brows could use some work, thinning and shaping, but be careful, too much or not enough.
Tekla also hit upon the key issue, even for those who are marginal in passing, a nice smile and the feminine presentation can make all the difference. Go to a mall or just a department store and watch the girls as they go by, and take notes if you have to. Little things like, did you know that the heel of a woman's hand every seldom if ever touches anything, but women touch a lot or things, but with a finger stroking. Watch them as they go thought a rack of blouses or skirts, just the gentle (sexy) hand movements. These can make a big difference. Sitting, standing, standing up from a sitting position all can have a unique feminine movement. Opening and closing a door, entering or leaving a room, just watch and learn.
