First time out in 2008 and new look

Hi girls,

Last night I dressed for only the third time this year. First 2 times were last weekend but I stayed home. Last night I stayed with my wife for a long while too but late night decided to go out locally. I wore a black turtleneck and had on a gray jumper baby doll over it along with black tights and some cute black flats. For my makeup I experimented a little more and put on less than I ever have before. It seemed to still cover me adequately; I guess less really is more. I completed the look with some neutral lipstick and eyeshadow and pulled my hair back and put a clip-on in the back. When she saw me, my wife told me I looked pretty and she said using less make-up is always better.

I went to this ladies club. First I stopped at Wal-Mart though just before closing) and got some more make-up which I needed. A GG friend of mine had given me a card for free admission before midnight. When I looked on the card though it said "ladies only or their guests." Eeek!!! I still went though and they let me in without any problem though.

I had a good time. There were a lot of nice girls there. The clubs in NJ close 2 hours earlier than ones in NYC (2 A.M.). I got home about 2:30. It was so nice to get out again and just be me.

My SO has convinced me that "less is best" makeup-wise and now I agree. After 3 laser treatments I no longer have the dreaded shadow, and its a delight to just spend 15, 30 minutes tops and just go. You look really great in your new look.....we keep evolving..ain't it neat?
