Hi all,
Becky,
The first hosiery I bought for myself was black pantyhose. I soon turned into a garter girl, but I still like my black stockings, including fishnets sometimes.
Carol Ann,
That's a very nice outfit. The cream and gray sound well coordinated with your beige heels. I'm partial to black lingerie and hosiery.
Last Sunday was Easter, but at church I was the reader and the sinus pills I took to combat all of the altar flowers left me feeling a bit drowsy, so I waited until this Sunday to wear my Easter outfit, which I have worn and described before.
It's a thrift store find, a 2 piece impressionist floral print skirt suit, with high neck, long sleeves, and a side tie. The knee length skirt is too narrow for a petticoat. My RHT stockings are medium beige, pumps are tan. My clip earrings are large roses, necklace is large pink beads, silvertone white and light purple enamel cuff bracelet, silvertone/goldtone watch, new long wig, Mykala style blonde, and an off white broad brimmed hat with navy trim and bow (a 99 cent store find).
Underneath, a white lace trimmed full slip, white floral print bra with forms, floral print satin panties, white garter belt.

Just back from Takoma Park
Hello all: Just back from a visit to to two of the "vintage" shops in Takoma Park, MD. (only one subway stop away from my apt.in Silver Spring!) Bought BEATLES badges at TAKOMA VINTAGE VAULT and a full skirt (a little peasant-y with embroidery around the hem) at the '60s specialty shop RERUN. Since I just got home, I'm still wearing the shopping outfit (with the addition of the new BEATLES badge-- just above left breast on sweater)-- So-- without further ado, we have: Strawberry blonde-ish wig, white tee underneath light blue cardigan (open), denim skirt with lighter ruffle part (this may be called a "scooter"), white belt, beige tights, black buckle boots. Dark dangly hoop earrings. BEATLES badges are the perfect accessory for a 60's influenced semble, whether "hippie" or "preppie." (or both). Hope everyone had a groovy weekend! Peace'n'Luv-- Kendra Lynn.

Kendra that sounds like quite the period peice there. Hope you enjoyed it.
Today is black panties and bralet with a short sleeve stretchy v neck black shirt and jeans and open flannel shirt over. Oh and stay ups under the jeans although they are certainly un neccesary. Just got back from a pleasant walk.

Black modal stretchy bralette. New vanity fair spandex-nylon stretchy form fitting slip that I just love. Casual long black skirt and black ribbed tank top. No stockings today as it's a bit warm and they don't really go with ribbed tank tops do they? Love the new slip

Normal day at work here for me in my male or male looking clothes, but i have a panty and slip under my jeans, and femme unisex socks and slip on shoes. Take what we can get when we can get it.... Some days I am in femme unisex jeans and shirts also... Funny how I can be wearing all femme clothes some days and no-one things or says a thing. Just shows how similar some items of clothes are.

I am a physically male person that likes to wear feminine clothes at times.
Just trying keep a balance for my self along with keeping my wife and kids in mind.

Another day of rain so today I felt sexly. All black honey with a very short black dress that is form fitting. Trimmed out with pearls and a little to much makeup, I look like a bar room pickup and my wife told me so in so many words. What the heck it was fun to express another side of me.

Hi all,
Kendra Lynn,
That's a nice shopping outfit, and the Beatles badge sounds like the finishing touch. That embroidered skirt sounds really nice.
Absaorka,
Both of your outfits sound nice. I'm a little more partial to the second one because I prefer skirts and dresses when I dress femme. How long is the hem of your shaper slip? I've seen them but don't have one yet.
Kimberly,
Some of the clothing is almost identical between mens and womens, and it seems that most people aren't observant, or keep their observations to themselves. I'm in male mode when I'm not in my house and once in a while I see what looks to me like womens clothing on a male, but I see no need to announce it or approach the apparent CDer.
Carol Ann,
Your little black dress and pearls sound like fun. I don't use makeup often, but I enjoy dressing a little provocatively at times, it's only around the house.
My wife and I spent most of today going through our (mostly womens) clothes to organize them and donate the ones that didn't fit or we didn't like anymore. We now have a fair size donation bag for a thrift store for early next week. The only male clothes I wore all day were a robe and male slippers when I ate meals. I changed underpinnings after each meal break, and in the afternoon, took a nap on the bed in bra & forms, girdle, nylons, and full slip.
I'm currently wearing a 2 piece blue skirt suit, beige rht stockings, fuschia and navy pumps, gold and silver necklace and watch, small goldtone hoop earrings, goldtone bracelets. Underneath, lace trimmed beige full slip, white 6 garter open bottom body briefer, silicone breast forms, pink nylon panties.

A cheerleader in NY! (and on AMTRAK!)
I just got back from the big peace march in NY and am still wearing half of the ensemble: "Shell" (kelly green with white "G" for "Greens"/"Green Party") over white "mock turtleneck." Black "sweat pants." Kelly green knee socks; white running shoes w/velcro straps. Strawberry blonde shoulder length wig with a little curl. On the train and walking home from the METRO station also had a green "hoodie" and navy blue/white athletic jacket. But for the march and going to Union Station and riding the train to NY I wore the full cheer ensemble: hoodie, shell, turtleneck. Kelly green box pleat skirt with white "inserts." Montgomery County "Greens" badges on the "shell" and "hoodie." Big round frame sunglasses! (can't forget those!) small hoop earrings. same wig. (jacket was packed away until I left the after march festival for PENN STATION NY and the trip home.) Quite a thrill to be in full drag in UNION STATION (Washington, DC) and on the train to NY-- the AMTRAK staff I encountered were cool, though there were odd looks from some of the other passengers. My seat mate going up was the owner of ALL ABOUT JANE, a boutique that sells cute, flirty stuff to young women (small sizes). Nice lady-- only has one store now, on Clarendon Blvd. in Arlington. The clothes won't fit me, but she did say they also sell accessories. I'll have to visit the store when she's there and I'm in non cheerleader drag-- one of my cute GAP/preppy style outfits... Hope you're all having a great weekend. ...
Oh yes-- while marching I met an "alternative" marching band called the RUDE MECHANICALS ORCHESTRA-- enjoyed being with them. At the after march activities I met Arthur Waskow, a leader in alternative Judaism-- some of you may have seen the FREEDOM HAGADDAH he produced. Enjoyed talking with him (and I hope the photo of us turned out well).
Peace-- Kendra Lynn.
